A New Chapter, DRAKE BELL, and A New Album!!

Happy New Year!!

I suppose it would be an understatement to say that keeping up with my musical goals has been difficult since I started college back in 2014. After the RM Tour, life did this funny thing where it managed to get in the way every time I tried to focus back in on music. Keeping grades while paying your own tuition is a full time job, I quickly learned, and as much as I wanted to keep up with regular YouTube videos, performances, and music releases, it just was not practical, no matter how hard I tried (and you guys know how often and hard I tried).

But this year is different. After finally settling in at a new job and University in 2016, I finally feel ready to follow my heart back to where it really wants to be. 2017 is the year that I reclaim my musical path, and I am so excited to announce some of the really exciting adventures that this year has in store!

While I will no longer be promising new YouTube videos on a certain time and day (as that seems to never work out during the semester), I will be posting far more of them, far more often.

I have also entered production on my upcoming debut album, Growing Up. In fact, I will be releasing the title track as a single very soon, so stay tuned for that!

I also intend to hit the stage more regularly again, starting with my first gig of 2017 this coming Thursday! On January 12th, at The Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ, I will be opening for Nickelodeon’s Drake Bell! I am so excited for this show, and to celebrate, I will have the limited first pressing of the single “Growing Up” available exclusively at my merch table. Tickets for the show are still available, and you can get them by emailing me at rachelmillermusic@yahoo.com.

I am so excited for what this year holds, and I thank you endlessly for your patience and continued support as I have found my way back to music over the past few years.

Stay tuned at www.rachelmillermusic.com for new videos and announcements regarding new music and upcoming gigs.

I hope that we all take this new year as a blank canvas with endless possibilities, and use it to create something beautiful.

xoxo Rachel
